STAR TREK: WRATH OF KHAN 30th anniversary screening

The 4th annual Modern Film Fest will kick off this year with the 30th anniversary screening of, "Star Trek: Wrath of Khan" at the historic Gem Theatre in Kannapolis, N.C.

The movie plays at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5 and tickets are $4 each. We are encouraging everyone to dress up in costume, to celebrate Halloween and enjoy our "Freaky Friday" line up of movies, including, "Star Trek: Wrath of Khan" and our 9 p.m. horror movie, "The Dead Matter,"

The 4th annual Modern Film Fest will also be screening North Carolina made movies as well as short films throughout the three day film festival.
