Short film finalists announced with screening schedule
Modern Film Fest is proud to announce this year's line up of short films that will screen at the third annual Modern Film Fest, held Sept. 30 through Oct. 2 at the historic Gem Theatre in Kannapolis, N.C.
Each short film will play with a feature film and members of the audience will have a chance to vote during the screening of each short film. The winner with the highest rating at the end of the film festival will be rewared $250.
This is the first annual Modern Film Fest short film competition and organizers plan to hold another competion for the 2012 Modern Film Fest.
In addition to watching the short films at the Gem Theatre, we are offering fans a chance to watch the films online. If you like the short gather your friends and get them to the screening to help your favorite win the vote!
SHORT FILM SCHEDULE
"This is Not a Game," directed by Ryan Haggerty, will screen with the sci-fi feature film, "Mars" at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30
"Confederate Zombie," directed by Stephen Gilliam, will screen with the comedy/horror movie, "The Mole Man of Belmont Avenue" at 9 p.m. Friday. Sept. 30
