Famed stuntman from ZOMBIELAND, THE WALKING DEAD, TALLADEGA NIGHTS and HOMELAND scheduled to attend festival

Award winning stunt coordinator/stuntman, Cal Johnson, is scheduled to attend the 4^th annual Modern Film Fest. Johnson has performed stunts on, “Babylon 5,” “Zombieland,” “The Walking Dead” and has recently appeared in, “Iron Man 3,” which filmed in Wilmington, N.C.

He is scheduled to join this year’s North Carolina film industry discussion panel which features extras from, “The Hunger Games.” The discussion panel is at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6 at the Gem Theatre, Kannapolis. The discussion panel is free and open to the public. All movie screenings are $4 each.

Johnson is a stunt coordinator and stuntman/actor with more than 20 years experience.

It all began while watching a Western television show as a five year old, inspiring him to become one of Hollywood's fabled stuntmen. Now, after more than 300 films, television shows, videos and live programs, he has established himself as one of the most respected stunt coordinators in the business.

He has worked with, and for, many of the world's finest directors, stuntmen, and stunt coordinators in the history of film, and as a stunt double for many A-List actors.
